Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates based on company needs and STCW requirements.
• Conduct interviews, document verification, and all administrative placement tasks.
• Maintain and update crew database regularly.
• Coordinate with international agencies for foreign crew placement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marine recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
